I am a sociologist at the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan Campus, broadly interested in technologies and governance. My previous research, published in Telecom Tensions, has concerned internet policy in Canada, and is elaborated in blog posts between 2015 and 2023.I have more recently been researching algorithms, AI, and digital government.
